Dear Ms. Kelly,
At your request, I am providing the following lump su~ cost information
for improvements located in the City of Coppell easements. Since we are
basically approaching the water mains separately with the architect, I
have taken the liberty to break the water into two prices. What I describe
as "Water-North" are all those improvements located in the eas~nent north
of the St. Ann property, including the 6" main and fire hydrant which
extends southward onto the St. Ann property. Referencing your list, dated
February 9, 1988, this includes items 1,3,4,5,6, 75 lineal feet of item
2, 18 square yards of item 12, and that portion of items 10 and 11
attributable to the northern line. Included in the "Water-South" costs
are 75 lineal feet of item number 2, items 7,8,9,13, and the balance of
items 10 and 11.
