Dear Jodie,
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a final plat
for St. Ann's Catholic Church, was approved by the City Council of the City
of Coppell on January 12, 1988.
The conditions for approval are as follows:
A letter of Good Faith Credit must be filed with the
City of Coppell, for the cost of the construction
of the sidewalk.
Your next step will be to submit eight (8) bluelines and two (2) mylars, and
any additional copies for your use, for signatures by City Officials. If this is
not done within six (6) months from the approval date, the approval for this
plat will expire.
