Dear Mr. Peiffer:
Enclosed please find one set of Final Engineering Plans for the above
referenced addition. We have made all revisions and addressed all comments as
per your review set of plans dated December 17, 1987. Also enclosed is our
reply letter to the City of Coppell concerning their Public Works Memorandum
dated December 18, 1987. Your comments have been addressed as follows:
1. The maintenance bond required by the City was verified with the Public
Works Department and is correct as shown.
2. The testing required for water mains was corrected to reflect N.C.T.C.O.G.
Standard Specifications for public works construction item 6.7.3 on page
338.
3. Required testing for Sanitary Sewer mains was verified and is correct as
shown.
4. Fire hydrant color has also been verified and is correct as shown.
5. Drainage area number 8 has been redefined and drainage area number 9 has
been added to include all property on site north of the Church Building.
6. Drainage from area number 3 is to drain to existing inlet as shown in
Georgetown Plaza as existing wall is preventing natural sheet flow.
Existing storm sewer appears to have the capacity to carry this small
amount of drainage from our site.
7. A paving section has been added to sheet 5 of 7 based on the recommendation
of the soils report prepared by Hooper Engineering Laboratories, Inc. dated
September 9, 1986.
