Preliminary Plat Comments

Dear Ms. Bowman:
Enclosed please find two copies of the Preliminary .Plat for the above
referenced addition. We have made all revisions to the Preliminary Plat as per
your City Staff comments. These items have been addressed as follows:
1. Two 8" water mains are shown around the proposed Church Building with 3
fire hydrants added to meet the requirement of all portions of the building
to be within 150 feet of a fire hydrant.
2. The Right-of-Way dedication for Woodmoor Drive will be dedicated by Plat.
3. Iron Rods will be set at the Right-of-Way dedication line for Samuel
Boulevard.
4. A living screening wall as approved by City Council is proposed for the
East property line adjacent to Meadows - Section One Subdivision.
We have made all revisions as requested. If any further changes or questions
arise from your review please contact us so that we may address them. We will
be looking forward to meeting with you at your November fourth DRC meeting.
