COMMENT STATUS: ✓PRELIMINARY
1. Show width of fire lanes on plat.
2. Any encroachment into DART right -of -way including drainage will require a permit from
DART.
3. A letter from TRA needs to be provided allowing pavement and utilities in their
easement.
4. Fire hydrant locations must be approved by Fire Marshal.
5. Impact Fees will be required.
