.~Need to look at possibly providing a left turn lane into the site. This may require additional
right-of-way and asphalt pavement.
A floodplain reclamation study will be required.
The entrance to the development needs to be a minimum of 25' in driving width for fire
truck access. Also, The various cul-de-sacs could pose a p. roblem for fire trucks.
4. There will be no parking on the street adjacent to Lots 1-~5, 26-33 and 39-45 under the
proposed scheme with the narrow paving. This could be a moot issue if the Fire Dept.

A variance for the deletion of alleys should be requested.
