Summit P1-CS 951011Graham Associates, Inc. CONSULTING ENGINEERS & PLANNERS October 11, 1995 Mr. Ken Griffin, P.E. Engineering Department City of Coppell P.O. Box 478 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Re; Preliminary Hydraulic Analysis of Proposed Residential Development on the East Side of Grapevine Springs Creek Dear Ken: As per our telephone conversation on October 10, 1995, I am sending this letter summarizing thc conclusions of our conversations: The proposed excavation (shelf on the west bank) shall be stabilized to avoid erosion. The valley storage theoretical gain and/or the actual loss shall be allowed by the City of Coppell regardless of the reviewing consultant's recommendations; providing the railroad bridge is the control structure, thus protecting the existing development to the south. Once the zoning approval and final subdivision layout has been completed, a formal FEMA submittal shall be prepared. Please contact me prior to Friday, October 13, if you disagree with the contents of this letter; otherwise, I will consider this letter to be an accurate summary of the conclusions of our telephone conversation. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, GRAHAM ASSOCIATES, INC. W. Jeff Williams, P.E. CC; Mr. Bruce Heller Fults Companies Summit Office Pork 1300 Summit Ave., Suite 712 Ft.
