Public Hearing to consider approval of a zoning change, Case
#ZC-518, from (R) Retail, to (PD-SF-7), located 190 feet from
the southwest corner of Coppell Road and Seedy Lake Road, at the
request of Thomas and Katherine Mcllale.
Public Hearing to consider revising the special use permit, for
Case #S-1038, to amend the special use per. it to allow for a
restaurant along With a convenience store and gasoline station,
located at 928 S. Beltline Road, at the request of Architectural
Innovations.
To consider approval of a zoning change, Case #PD-108, from
(PD) Recreation Center, to (PD-LI) Planned Develolment Light
Industrial, for the development of institutional, office,
retail, commercial and light industrial facilities, located on
the west side of Denton Tap. Road, on the north side of the

feet along the Cottonbelt Railroad.
To consider approval of a final plat for Northlake Woodlands
East $12, located at the northwest corner of Mockingbird Lane
and the St. Louis Southwestern Railroad, at the request of Judy
Troth Parsons.
