The special called meetings of the City of Coppell Development Review
Committee will be held on Friday, February 150 1989, and Wednesday,
February 15, 1989, at 8:30 a.m., in the first floor Conference Room
of the Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard. An Engineer for the
project or other represenative is urged to attend this meeting;
however, attendance is not mandatory. ~ ~
To revise the special use permit for Case #S-1038,
to amend the special use permit, to allow for a
restaurant, along the convenience store and gasoline
station, located at 928 S. Beltline Road.

Railroad, on the south side of Bethel Road, and along
the east side of Coppell Road, with the southern line
being approximately 3,500 feet along tb~ Cottonhelt
Railroad.
