Dear Mr. Griffin:
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is pleased to propose the following revisions
to our existing Professional Services Agreement with the City of Coppell.
These revisions are required to extend the 30" water line from MacArthur
Blvd. to Kimbel Court along Sandy Lake Road, then north along Kimbel Court
to tie into the pump station at the intersection of Kimbel Court and Village
Parkway.
With the assistance of the City, Kimley-Horn will gather available survey and
design information necessary to set the alignment of the 30" water line. Upon
the City's approval of the alignment and connection point, Kimley-Horn will
survey the alignment, prepare profile drawings, construction detail drawings,
appropriate additions to the specifications and a change order form. The plan
view will be either a schematic (to scale) drawing referencing other design /
record drawings on file or a comprehensive redrawing of this information,
whichever is directed by the City. Kimley-Horn will process a change order
for the work, review applicable shop drawings, attend monthly progress
meetings, and consult with the City as necessary.
For these services we propose a reimbursable fee in accordance with the
attached rate schedule. We estimate a fee in the range of $10,500 to $17,500,
depending upon the drawing details required and the availability of existing
record and design information. All other provisions of our original
Professional Services Agreement with the City of Coppell will remain
unchanged.
