As you are aware, our utility subcontractor has been working on the 96" RCP storm sewer
extension. He has started constructing the out fall for that line and would like to complete as
much as the rip rap work as possible before the next rain event occurs. Currently, most weather
reports are predicting that the next significant rain event will occur on December 19, 1999 or
December 20, 1999; therefore, our utility subcontractor has r~qucstcd that he be permitted to
work on December 18, 1999. As a result, we request that the appropriate level of inspection be
available on that day.
