The plan shows a 5 foot proposed right-of-way dedication, however, that is inadequate to contain the deceleration lane and required sidewalks. Therefore, additional right-of-way should be dedicated. 2. Site plan shows a proposed driveway. That driveway should be constructed now to allow two points of ingress and egress to the site. Therefore, off-site easements will be required.
