4. Please show right-of-way width for Shadybrook Lane, Prince Edward Lane and DeForest
Road.
5. Please show visibility triangle easements at all street intersections.

7. Please provide boundary description of Common Area median located on Shadybrook Lane.
8. Cambridge Manor as built plans show a proposed retaining wall behind Lots 1-5. Is this
to be eliminated when Creekside Estates is constructed?
Preliminary Utility Plan:
1. As per the construction plans for the Estates of Cambridge Manor, a 21" storm drainage
pipe was provided in the Prince Edward Lane right-of-way for future development in the
west.
