Dear Mr. Sieb:
I am writing to voice my concern over the rezoning proposal addressed in the above referenced
case. My property, 981 Parker Drive and neighboring properties 973, 977 and 985 are currently
being compromised by significant slope failure and erosion due to a combination of soil
compaction issues and the cut bank flow from Denton Creek. We have been in communication
with FIMA, the City of Coppell, the Developer, Builder and a number of Geotechnical
Engineering companies. To this date a resolution has not been identified.
Until this situation is resolved, I believe it is negligent to allow any further development up stream
from our location which is going to impact run offand flow of the creek. I trust that the City will
act in a responsible manner and represent our interests and concerns.
