RE: Summit at the Springs / Retaining wall behind Lots 19 & 20, Block C
Dear Sir:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. The retaining wall plans must be signed and sealed by a licensed engineer.
2. Provide a cross sectional view of proposed retaining wall.
3. Provide a railing adjacent to the proposed retaining wall between the alley and the wall.
4. Once the plans are approved a 2% ~pecfion fee will be required.

There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
City for review. If any major changes occur please indicate on the plans. If you should have any
