The retaining wall plans must be signed and sealed by a licensed engineer. 2. Provide a cross sectional view of proposed retaining wall. 3. Provide a railing adjacent to the proposed retaining wall between the alley and the wall. 4. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
