Final Close-out Submittals
Dear Mr. Trando:
Work for the above referenced project has been completed in
accordance with the contract documents and inspected by
representatives of Ginn, Inc. and the City of Coppell Water
Department. We hereby recommend accepting the project as
complete as of October 13, 1987. The contract completion date
was November 15, 1987.
We are enclosing three (3) copies of FINAL Application for
payment in the amount of $5,727.10 from Texas Diggers, Inc.,
Keller, Texas, representing work performed on the above
referenced project through October 13, 1987. Previously, we
submitted an executive summary of the field changes and
applicable costs. We have reviewed this application and
recommend that payment in full be made.
Also enclosed is: Consent of Surety Company to Final Payment~
Power of Attorney; Maintenance Bondl and Affidavit from
contractor that all bills have been paid.
Please place this on the next available Council Agenda for
consideration. We have provided an agenda re,est form. Should
