Whil~ it is obviously more complicated tlum building a house in th~ middl~ of a wheat field, thc advantages of the crcok side lots are signiflcam and easily justify the addilional process required for construction. It /$ my understandlr~ you plan to coordinaIe the FEMA approval with Dowdcy Anderson on the project. Please note' that Mr. OdtTm indicated the FEMA fees h~vc incw~-~ and any FBMA applications which cotlld encompass mo~e than a singl= 1o! at a time, would be b~neflcial not only from a fee and approval proccss but also from the earthwork operations on site.
