Summit at the Springs Phase 2

The final plat of Summit at the Springs Phase 2 indicates the approximate limits of the 100 year
floodplain in accordance with F.I.R.M. map dated April 15, 1994 community panel number
480170-0010E. There are various lots that are unbuildable because the 100 year floodplain
encompasses a majority or all of the lots until they are reclaimed out of the floodplain. At the
present time, the City has not received a letter of map revision from F.E~M.A. for reclaiming
lots 30, 31, 34, 41, 42, and 43 Block B out of the 100 year floodplain. See attached map.
Therefore, I am requesting that no building permits be issued for the above lots in question until
a final letter of map revision is received from FEMA.
