The Summit at The Springs,
an add/tion to the City of Coppell,
County of Dallas. Texas
It has come to the attention of Branch Properties, Inc., the developer of the
captioned project (herein called "the Developer") three matters which requ/re
immediate attention before the City of Coppell will issue build/ng permits/n the
development.
The Developer proposes to bind and obligate itself that within three (3)
weeks from date hereof to:
Consiruct a sidewalk to specifications required by City of
Copp¢ll across the accessway be~een Lots 31 and
Block B, Phase II of thc DevcIopmcnt, commencing at
Edmondson Drive and extending northwesterly to the
Common Area designated as Lot 32X.
Construct a rctaining wall, built to the specificat/ons
required by City of Coppcll, along the alley between
Lexington Avenue and Armstrong Blvd., at the point wherc
the dra/nage ease, mcnt cxtcnds between Lots 19 and 20,
Block C, Phase I of the Development.
