Dear Mr. Dowdey:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk thru for the improvements in the
referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to f'mal
acceptance.
1. Place erosion protection at grate inlet on Line 'D'.
2. Place erosion protection at grate inlet on Line 'E'.
3. Place erosion protection at parkway areas that exceed the standard 1/4" per foot slope.
4. Submit erosion control bond.
5. Install retaining wall at outfail of Line 'C'.
6. Install sidewalk through Phase 2, Block B common area.
7. Check ponding in areas that have been repaired.
8. Install traffic signage, buttons and paint as per plans.
