Dear Ken:
We appreciate the time you spend last Friday meeting with us on the referenced project. The overview of our
discussions arc as follows:
1. We will proceed with construction of the paving profile and the lay down curb as shown on
the drawings.
2. Dowdey Anderson will prepare a standard driveway cut detail which will b~ required of all
builders in the development and will also provide a copy of this detail to you.
3. We will coordinate with TU Electric to provide additional power at the entrance median in the
event that ~he landscape lighting needs to be supplemented at some time in the future with
street lighting.
4. Bomanite is an approv~ material for the entrance paving. We will provide to you a color
selection upon final d~cision by the Owner.
5. The modification of tho slopes around the headwalls to ix 4 to I slope is approved.
6. We wilt include proper notation on all plat documents indicating r,he responsibility of adjacent
lot owners tbr open drainage easements. In addition, following installation of improvements,
we will review the open drainage area to determine if additional measures are required to
prevent erosion.
