Summit At The Springs Block A Lot 2
Date: October 2, 1996
The Summit of the Springs Phase 1 development has an existing 24" sanitary sewer line running
north on lot 2 of Block A. A proposed 8" sanitary sewer line connects to an existing manhole
on the lot also. The plat is showing an existing 20' sanitary sewer easement for the 24" sewer
line. A 20' sanitary sewer easemem will be dedicated for the portion of the proposed 8"
sanitary sewer line that will fall on Lot 2. The easements cannot be encroached by the house,
or any future structures like pools, decks, sheds, etc. Please make sure that the builders are
aware of the requiremem before the building permit is issued. I have attached the water and
