Dear Mr Heller:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $103,275.00 and forward to the
Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment list. A copy of the Engineer's
estimate or contract will need to be provided to our department so the construction inspection
fee can be verified.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to verify the
payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward
