The final plat was approved on February 9, 1999. TRANSPORTATION: DeForest Road is a local street currently paved with asphalt. It presently has a 40-foot fight-of-way to which this developer will add ten feet of dedication. With this submittal, the applicant is requesting to add utility, wall maintenance and landscape easements in the common area adjacent to Deforest Road, as well as correct the sight visibility easements along DeForest Road and Prince Edward Lane. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Staff recommends approval of the amending plat.
