RE: Stratford Manor Wall and Landscaping Changes
Dear Bill:
I have reviewed the changes you propose to the Stratford Manor (PD 161) screening wall
and some minor changes to the landscaping around the circular entnmee. Based upon the
drawings submitted to me, I believe these modifications to be minor in nature and
approve them based upon the provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance,
Section 27-2-3.
Please provide one set of drawings to the Engineering Department, attention: Mike
Martin and two sets to Building Inspection, attention: G-reg/ones.
