Dear Ken:
I appreciated discussing the site visibility requirements with you. Per our discussion, we will
construct our screening wall in accordance with Pg. 78 of the Subdivision Ordinance (1994).
Essentially.', we will measure back 45' from the back of curb to back of curb intersection at those
two points, we will then create the hypotenuse of the triangle that is formed. Our screening wall
will be built outside of this angle.
