RE: Stratford Manor Wetland Mitigation Report
Dear Michael:
The "Wetland Mitigation Report" requires us, the developer, to complete certain tasks.
Currently we have engaged Randy Alexander to help us locate and plant the material which
would put us in compliance per Geo Marines' Report. We have also hired Randy and his
company to monitor the wetland areas and write the required, appropriate reports when due. If

For your information, we will be using surface irrigation initially to ensure the plant material
