The following assessment represents the number of light units as established by TU Electric fox-
Stratford Manor:
5 lights @ $292.60 per light = $1463.00
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $1463.00 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along wit3. a
copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment o~~
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

1. City or De~l to pay Company $ in comideration of Company's agreement to install said street
lights and ~1~..~.~ that no cor~tructi~n work will begin until after Company has received fall payment.
2. Company agrem to imtall, own, operate and maintain said ~eet lights in accordance with its ~treet lighting agree-
ment with customer. However, if City or Developer fails to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, this supple-
mental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. All parties agree that Company will retain far ib use and benefit the payment received hereunder in considero;ian of
its obligation to install said street ligh~ and that Company at all timm has title to, and complete ownership and cc~tml
of, mid street light~.
4. Company is not liable far lass or injury causad by delay or failure to imtoll the electric facilities nece-~ary to ~fve
customer because of delay in receiving shipments of required material, orders or formal requests af govemmental
agencies, acts of God or the public enemy, inevitable accidents, tim, expl~ians, strikes, riots, war, or any other causes
reasonably beyond cantml of Company. If Company is pmve~ fram ir~talling such electric facilities by any of the
above muses, Company agrees to return to City or Developer, without interest, the entire amount of City or Develope~'~
paymenf, thereby tennin~fing this supplement and Company's obligatian to provide the electric facilities (~escribed hem~r~.
5. This agreement is entered into subiect to the terms of the Agreement far Street Lighting Service between City and
