Per my conversation today with Mr. Ken Griffin, P.E., City Engineer, the builders are not to
build retaining wails on the common line of Lot 3/4, Block A and Lot 3/4 Block B, 'Mthin the
20' sanitary' sewer easement.
Ken's issue is that retaining xvalls may make repairs to the sanitary sewer main extremely
difficult.
