Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Please clarify how the drainage for the no build/no fill area will be handled. Will this dram
adequately without the ability to do any grading in these areas?
2. If the headwalls proposed along Prince Edward Lane are to be in City right-of-way, please
provide drainage easements for the structures. Also, provide a note that the stone veneer
will be maintained by the homeowner's association.
3. Verify that the sewer services to the properties to the west can be constructed without
conflicting with the proposed 42" storm drain.
4. The manhole for storm sewer "Line B" at station 0+00 needs to be a 5' diameter manhole.
5. Will you provide a cleanout for the pvc storm drains at the right-of-way line?
6. As was discussed previously, please provide a letter to the City requesting permission to
use pvc in lieu of RCP for private storm drains.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
