NEW ~ WATER LINK
1. Need pad on (MLV) on Riverchase and Fairway.
2. Need marking on curb at ~m~ MLV marked in b~.*e.
3. Clean out meter can on blowoff marked on curb (BO) in blue-add to blowoff pipe.
4. Paint yellow F.H. cap on City water
5. I~tst FII on Fairway needs dirt around bottom of fire hydrant.
6. Replace broken valve pad on Rivet. chase.
1. Need gate for meter readers to read vault and meters.
2. Replace vault lid - bent and broken - and need latch for lock and paint top in blne.
3. Cut down dirt around vaults for drainage.
4. Seal inside vaults with grout to stop leak.
$. Mark on curb vault.
6. Need metal meter cnn on irriptJon DC and paint top blue.
7. bTi~tion DC need test paperwork.
Need bhle ma~q~PS On street at all f'we hydrants.
9. Repair leak on fire hydrant on Building
10. Need letter from landscaper stating that he will not cover valves or manholes.
