Dear Mr. Davis,
Please find this letter as confirmation of our on-site meeting with Larry. Davis, George Richmond and
Iustin Bailey with Spring Valley Construction Company, and a representative of Southern Mechanicai
Plumbing Inc.. Fire protection (fire hydrants) at Fairway Dr. and Rivcrchase Dr. at the Greenbrier at
Rivcrchase Apartments were tested. Also the fire hydrant near the clubhouse number 9.12A at 777 Fairway
Dr. Coppetl, Tx 75019 was tested. Valves at the meters were inspected at this time.
Within fourteen days Spring Valley Construction Company will request a preliminary inspection or' all
domestic water valves, f'ue hydrants, manholes, and sanitary sewer lines at 777 Fairway Dr, Coppeli. Tx
75019.
The inspection preformed today, Iune 8, 2001, was to insure the clubhouse at 777 Fairway Dr. Coppell? TX
75019 was ready for a certificate of occupancy.
As the Greenbrier at Riverchase Apartments progresses to the east side of Fairway Dr. (770 Fairway
Coppell, TX 75019) further inspections will be requested.
