If this differs from your understanding, please notify us within five working days.
Tirne m~d schedule coordination between contractor and City will be required in the testing of utility
lines.
No utility conflicts m'e apparent, with the exception of the two utility poles in the vicinity of the
Brazos electrical station.
The 96" RCP is currently under construction. The rmtred end is being installed. One inlet has been
poured, but no others will be added at this time. It is advised that any inlets in progress should
have safety I~:ncing and barricades.
The City has not made a decision on the subgrade design.
Council has granted permission to close the east/west portion of the roadway for eight weeks
beginning in January. It is advised that we utilize this time for total construction of this portion of
the road.
*The City would like to see a copy of all correspondence with citizens concerning construction
issues.

The school district has been contacted concerning the road closure.

*In regards to the box culvert construction, it will be necessary to schedule a meeting with Ed Bell,
the City, FNI, and Coppell Construction to determine and agree upon a work phtn.
Work anticipated in the next month includes the waterline, and storm drainage and paving in the
east/west portion.
