RE: Stoneleigh at Riverchase II
Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
I. On the grading plan, show sloping of the southernmost driveways onto Fairway Drive such
that drainage from the street does not enter the property.
2. Provide an easement for the off-site drainage structure. Also, you will need permission from
the golf course to construct off-site improvements.
3. If a brick screening wall is proposed along the eastern edge of the property, make sure that
any structural components are not placed within the 20' drainage easement.
4. On the paving construction plan, provide a note in the legend referencing the variance
request letter sent February 25, 1999. The variance granted for private paving was only for
increased paving thickness or increased concrete strength placed on 95% compacted
subgrade. This variance does not apply to paving in the right-of-way (drive approaches).
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be resubmitted to the City
