Dear Mr. Gongre:
The current civil plans for the subject development have been reviewed and with the following
exception(s) are approved.
1. The proposed twelve-inch water valve and plug shown on sheet 9 appear to be
directly over the sixteen-inch pipeline. Regardless of vertical clearance, these
should be moved so that they are at least ten feet, horizontally, from the pipeline.
2. Prior to any construction work commencing within the easement, this office
should be contacted to verify actual location, both vertically and horizontally,
of the pipeline. Please use 972/579-3744 for the contact number. This does not
release contractor(s) from contacting a one-call agency before digging.
