In order for the project to have a single, looped water line, it would be necessary to pass the line under the Fairway Drive right-of-way. Since this will be a private line, we would need to obtain a license agreement from the City in order to occupy a publicly owned area. Please consider this as a formal request for such an agreement. Attached is a metes and bounds description of the affected area and a pictorial exhibit showing its location graphically. We appreciate the City's consideration of this request.
