The following is our understanding of the subject matter covered during the subject meeting.

Prqicct Issues:
1. *There ,u'c some utility concerns in ti'ont of the Bn~os Electrical station. There may 1~ one or two
~)lcs that will tm in the way of construction. ~'LI will need to move these prior to commencement
of the paving operations.
2. The waterli ne tie-in at Sandy Lake Road will be easier than anticipated since there is a ! 2" stub
provided across the road. There should be no need to open cut Sandy I,x~c.
3. Ed Bell will have to relocate the t~nce prior to the stump relnoval operations.
4. Thc trees have been removed. A stump count must be done. Thc City, Ed Bell and Freesc&,
Nichols will meet at the site to determine an exact count. This shotfld be reflected in the next
estimate.
5. Any pressure testing of the waterline is encouraged but will not be official until final inspection.
6. A cost b~akdown of the extra cost involved in the two-phased box construction was provided
today. The shoring item would not ~ necess~ I~)r one-way dctom's. The one-way option wou Id
be the cheapest.
7. *The City will need a phasing Plan from Ed Bell by December t~'.
8. Regarding the subgrade p~eparation, the City will have to review the geotcchnical investigation
prior to making a decision.

9. *Thc contractor has been asked to coordinate with GTE regarding landscaping conflicts on their
site.
I(1. *Pavement marking replacement is needed in the vicinity of the 9()-degree bend.

12. Tree stump removal, storm drain, and fence relocations will occur in tt~e ncxl two weeks.
13. The next council meeting is scheduled for December 14th.

for excavation. Mr. Davis would like for EB to begin traffic control measures, barricading iill(.t
excavation in mid-December in preparation for paving operations to begin in the first week
January, in this area.

portion. Pha, e two and three will cover the north/south portion, north-bound and soulh-boLmd.

16. *Ed Bell would like to finalize the traffic control plans byThanksgiving. They have asked the City
