RE: Belt Line Road Project ST 93-04
Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is written concerning the need for the City of Coppell to acquire the right to perform
sloping upon your property. With this letter I am providing: 1) Slope easement document # 5
SE.; 2) Copies of the preliminary construction plans from approximately Sta. 15+00 to
approximately Sra. 20+00 dated June 1998 with the required slope easement highlighted in
yellow; 3) Cross-section information for Belt Line Road from cross-section 13+00 through
20+00. On the cross-sections, I have highlighted the existing driveways onto Belt Line Road.
Dallas County has indicated that they will be in a position to put this project out to bid in the first
quarter of 2000. Therefore, any assistance that can be provided in obtaining the slope easement
would be greatly appreciated.
