Dear Mr. Cummings:
We are in receipt recently of 6 sets of plans for the above
referenced project. In reviewing our files, we can find no
evidence of approving the plans. The last correspondence we
could find was a letter of May 13, 1985, requesting certain
items that need to be addressed. A review of that letter and
these plans indicate some items which still need to be
addressed.
No 5' concrete pavement is allowed for any streets which
will be dedicated to the City.
A minimum slope of 0.5% on streets. There are some/~~
streets shown to be less than this minimum.
3. Provide a street light plan.--~~ /~&~ ~? ~a
~~~ The standard detail sheets are not the latest revised
sheets as prepared by the City of Coppell.
.~ The storm sewer on Line "B" appears to have a very
minimal amount of cover over the top of the pipe, based
on the proposed elevations given.
/ ~ Minimum slope on sanitary sewer line shall be such as to
provide a minimum of 2.0 f.p.s, velocity. Will the 8" at
0.32% provide that minimum? ~.~i% ~.~ ~o.~
8. There shall be a minimum of 2'-6" clearance between water
~/~/ ~. line and sanitary sewer line crossings.
A receipt that all fees have been paid.
If the above items have been addressed, please advise us. If
not, please make the necessary adjustments and return
corrected sheets for inclusion in our sets of plans.
No work shall begin until approved, stamped plans are
received and a preconstruction conference is held.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Gabe Favre
