CITY/COUNTY AGE EEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Coppell, Texas, heroinafter called "City," and the County of Dallas, Texas,
hereinal~r galled "County," desire to enter into an agreement whereby the City will leaso the equipment and
obtain the nec, essar~ materials from the County to reconstrticl Iwo parking lots in the City, one at West Park
It Coppall Middle School and one on Wrangler Road used for ~chool bus i~king, as outlin~l in Attach,heats
"A" and~'B.'' The ¢qGi"pmenl will b¢ operated by County employt,'gs on non-County-working days, with
p~yment for labor, estimated at $13,448.g7, to be made directly to the Igrsonnel involved. The total
estimated cost of this work, iacludiqg labor, is $62,787.45. The City will plagc the r~maining $49,338.5g
in escrow with tl~ County to provide for 100% reimbursement or~qulpment leasing aml materials costs; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as a,nendcd, provides authorization for
local govcrnments to enter into interlocal contracts.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is hereby made and cntcred into
by the City and the County upon m~d for the mutual consideration stated hergin,
