Show size of proposed storm drain pipe and curb inlet. 2. Provide erosion control at storm drain outlet. 3. Who will maintain the west side of the proposed street? 4. Show the street name for the proposed street on the plat. 5. The Fire Marshal may require the proposed water line to be looped to ensure adequate pressure during fire flow. 6. If the sanitary sewer line can be located in the right-of-way outside the limits of paving then a sanitary sewer easement is not required. 7. As per the City's Subdivision Ordinance, the minimum driveway spacing for a 30 mph roadway is 90'. This could affect the location of driveways for the proposed lots. Also, the location of the proposed drainage inlet could affect driveway locations. 8. An 8' wide brick paver band will be required for the proposed street at the intersection of Belt Line Road as per the City's Streetscape Plan. 9. The existing water line in Belt Line Road is a 10' line not an 8" line.
