Dear Kent:
I appreciate you taking the time to discuss the access problems we are having at the above referenced
property, which we own. As we discussed, exiting our property to go northbound on Denton Tap Road
is becoming increasingly difficult as Denton Tap Road carries higher levels of traffic. We are open
to any suggestions the city has to improve this situation.
We are suggesting addition of a stop light at the median break just north of the intersection (site plan
attached). We believe that benefitting property owners on both sides of Denton Tap would be willing
to contribute. Better access and increased customer safety will benefit owners on both sides of the
street.
