On March 20, 1985 I visited TownOaks Centre, Coppell, Texas to
inspect the status of the landscape and screening fence
installation.
~s of that date I confirm that all landscaping and associated
construction, such as the masonry screening fence has been
installed as required by Coppell City Ordinance and in accordance
with plans approved by the City staff, in a manner acceptable to
the BuiIding Inspection Department. No further landscape related
construction or installation shall be requird to comply with any
existing regulations applicable to TownOaks Centr9 except for
Since the completion of the landscape installation satisfies the
provisions of the City Ordinance Section 33.3 regarding
Certificates of Occupancy, this letter shall serve as notice that
the previously enforced stipulation to grant only Temporary
Certificates of Occupancy to tenants occupying space in TownOaks
Centre is hereby rescinded, and all existing tenants will be
issued Permanent Certificates of Occupancy within seven (7) days
of this letter. Further, be advised that no future tenants
requesting Certificates of Occupancy will experience delays in
being granted Permanent Certificates of Occupancy because of
landscape or screening fence installation requirements related to
initial construction of the center.
