RE: Walk thru for Wendy's on Denton Tap Road
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 12/18/95
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Need to paint fire hydrant in front of building yellow.
2. Need to put blue button in street on all 3 fire hydrants.
3. Mark curb (valve. main line valve, fire hydrant services.
4. Need to seal block out around valve in front of building.
5. Main line valve to fire hydrant in front of building, needs an extension also needs
to be straighten up.
6. Set all meter boxes & check valve boxes to grade.
