Please be advised that after attending the walk-thru on Friday, December 15, 1995, staff
found the following items to be unaddressed:
(1) The replacement of four (4) trees in the center median. Must be the same
caliper as removed.
(2) The design and installation of a renovated irrigation system. A set of as-builts
will need to be provided.
(3) Backfill deep ruts with a screened sandy loam that were made by TH Electric.
(4) Replace with common bermuda sod those grassy areas disturbed by
construction.
(5) Reposition existing irrigation controller to center of median.
