The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On Sheet L-I, show the utility/landscape/sidewalk easement.

1. The plants circled on the plant list are not on the plant palette. If you have any questions
please contact Gary Sieb, Planning Director at 304-3674.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
