CISD Driveway Improvements at Station 20+30
Dear Mr. Martin:
Please use this letter as request for refund of overpayment, as per our conversation
yesterday. It has come to our attention that we have overpaid the above project. We sent the
original payment of $12.387.00 on August 21. 2000, check #3164. The check cleared our
bank on August 23, 2000. In late September. the city called and inquired regarding status of
payment. At that time we were not able to determine that we had in fact, made payment in
August. In error, we sent an additional payment of $12.387.00 on September 28. 2000,
check #3238. This check cleared our bank on October 4, 2000.
Please issue Coppell ISD a check in the amount of $12,387.00 for this overpayment and
send to the address above. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact
