Dear Sir:
A final inspection of paving and utilities for the referenced project has been conftrmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
The two-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be two years from the date of this letter. Maturity on the Erosion
Control Bond will also be two years from the date of this letter.

KNOW BY ALL MEN PRESENTS:
THAT WE, GASKEY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION as Principal,
hereinafter called "Contractor", and the other subscriber hereto as
Surety, do hereby acknowledge ourselves to be held and firmly bound
to the City of Coppell, a municipal corporation, in the sum of :
THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY THREE DOLLARS AND NO
CENTS DOLLARS ($35,393.00) for the payment of which sum well and
truly to be made to the City of Coppetl, and it's successors, the
said Contractor and Surety do bind themselves, their successors and
assigns jointly and severally. The conditions of this obligation
are such that:
WHEREAS, the said Contractor has entered into a contract in
writing with COMERICA BANK, dated November 20, 1995, for:
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BANK BUILDING INCLUDING UTILITYANDPAVING
NOW, THEREFORE, if said Contractor shall repair, replace and
restore any and all defects in or damages relating to all surface
work associated with backfill operations of subsurface work
discovered within two (2) years from and after the date of the
final completion of the p~oject, which defects or damages result
from, arise out of or relate to workmanship of the Contractor in
connection with said contract, then this obligation shall become
null and void, and shall be of no further force and effect;
otherwise, the same is to remain in full force and effect.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Principal and Surety have
signed and sealed this instrument on the respective dates written
below their signatures.
