Box 531807 Grand Prairie, Texas 75053-1807 Comerica Bank, Town Center Lot 3, Block 1 First Landscape Plan Review Dear Mr. Leeming: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. On the landscape plan, provide a 5' wide sidewalk along Denton Tap Road. 2. The civil plans show 24' face to face between the median for the northernmost driveway. They also show the median removed south of the site. 3. Relocate any trees out of the visibility triangles. Do not place any plant or other landscaping higher than 30" in the visibility triangles. 4. Show the brick pavers in the street approach north of the site. Also, provide pavers for the northernmost ingress/egress off of the street. The following comment was from Building Inspection and the Planning Department: 5. Provide Photinia at the locations shown on the plans. Contact Gary Sieb at 304-3678 for any questions or comments. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
