Please see the following draft letter to TISEO regarding liquidated
damages for the Wrangler Drive project. This is a little different than what
we discussed at the end of our meeting last Thursday, but may be another
way to look at the time charges and time extensions. The way we had left
it on Thursday was as follows:
Time Chained to Project - 415 days (no time charged for completing
punch list items).
Consideration of Time Extensions - 96 days 89 days for utilities
7 days for additional storm drainage
Lio~uidated Damages - $9,500.00 (19 days x $500.00/day)
